Shipping policy

UK Delivery

Delivery charges:
• Orders £0.01 - £49.99: £0.99
• Orders £50.00 and over: £1.99

Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day (stock permitting). Orders placed after this, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time: 2-4 business days via Royal Mail.

International Orders

We do not currently accept international orders through this website. International customers can find our products on Amazon, eBay and Etsy, where we ship worldwide using our IOSS-registered service.

Out of Stock & Back Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will place it on back order and dispatch as soon as stock arrives. If the item is not expected back soon, it will be marked as out of stock on the website and you will need to re-order.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at [info@sj-jewellerysupplies.com](mailto:info@sj-jewellerysupplies.com) with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
